Thank you so much for helping me with so many projects. It's unbelievable that someone could do so much work! Having the ability to do 3 different projects is astonishing. It's one thing to sell just a business or just a piece of residential real estate or even a commercial building, but you did...

Erick Salgado is a true real estate professional with vast knowledge and amazing dedication. We saw more properties than I can remember, but he wouldn’t let us settle and drove us to find our dream home. I could not recommend a better agent.

Erick was the best. It was my first time making a home purchase and Erick guided me through the process and made it a breeze. He was always available even on nights and weekends. Better yet was that he provided honest and candid feedback and never once pressured me into making any decision I was not comfortable with. Even in the Escrow process, he went the extra mile and advocated on my behalf to ensure that everything in my property was of the highest quality. He made the process easy and communicated clearly what the process would entail. A++ experience.

From being available at your time schedule to show you houses, from not complaining how many houses you want to see that same day, or...

Was amazed at the great service, feedback and guidance I received from Erick. Erick even put in sweat equity of his own when helping me stage my condo for sale. What other agent will sweat thru his tshirt while helping you sell a place. He then recommended a higher price for my condo which made me...

Erick is a gem of a realtor. He has helped me twice both buying and selling (once while on a European vacation) and made the experiences as stress-free as they could possibly be. He is responsive and stays on top of everything so nothing slips through the cracks. I would proudly recommend him to...

If I could write a book about my experience with Erick, I'm almost certain it would be a best seller. Talk about a one of a kind human being! Erick helped my wife and I purchase our very first home in San Diego but I can assure you it was not your normal home buying process. In fact, at nearly...
