Erick helped us buy our first house and did an outstanding job. At the beginning we knew nothing, and by the end he had educated us on every aspect of home buying and helped us through every step of the process. Even during this crazy and unforgiving market, Erick was able to get us a literal dream...

Erick was the best. It was my first time making a home purchase and Erick guided me through the process and made it a breeze. He was always available even on nights and weekends. Better yet was that he provided honest and candid feedback and never once pressured me into making any decision I was not comfortable with. Even in the Escrow process, he went the extra mile and advocated on my behalf to ensure that everything in my property was of the highest quality. He made the process easy and communicated clearly what the process would entail. A++ experience.

It's one thing to sell just a business or just a piece of residential real estate or even a commercial building, but you did...

Erick is a gem of a realtor. He has helped me twice both buying and selling (once while on a European vacation) and made the experiences as stress-free as they could possibly be. He is responsive and stays on top of everything so nothing slips through the cracks. I would proudly recommend him to...
