Erick helped us buy our first house and did an outstanding job. At the beginning we knew nothing, and by the end he had educated us on every aspect of home buying and helped us through every step of the process. Erick was the best. It was my first time making a home purchase and Erick guided me through the process and made it a breeze. He was always available even on nights and weekends. Better yet was that he provided honest and candid feedback and never once pressured me into making any decision I was not comfortable with. Even in the Escrow process, he went the extra mile and advocated on my behalf to ensure that everything in my property was of the highest quality. He made the process easy and communicated clearly what the process would entail. A++ experience.

Erick Salgado is a true real estate professional with vast knowledge and amazing dedication. We saw more properties than I can remember, but he wouldn’t let us settle and drove us to find our dream home. I could not recommend a better agent.
