Thank you so much for helping me with so many projects. It's unbelievable that someone could do so much work! Having the ability to do 3 different projects is astonishing. It's one thing to sell just a business or just a piece of residential real estate or even a commercial building, but you did...

He is GREAT! He is very professional and knowledgeable! He helped me every step of the way! He was always available. I could email, call, or text and he would respond. As a first time home seller, I did not know where to start when deciding to sell my home. Given I had a bit of a unique situation that allowed me not to be in a rush to sell, I had a lot of questions. I reached out to a few agents for inquiries, however each seemed to not be able to answer my...

Erick helped us buy our first house and did an outstanding job. At the beginning we knew nothing, and by the end he had educated us on every aspect of home buying and helped us through every step of the process. Even during this crazy and unforgiving market, Erick was able to get us a literal dream...

When the time comes and you are ready to purchase your first house, you’re going to want a real estate agent who’s there with you, and for you every step of the way. From being available at your time schedule to show you houses, from not complaining how many houses you want to see that same day, or...

Erick was the best. It was my first time making a home purchase and Erick guided me through the process and made it a breeze. He was always available even on nights and weekends. Better yet was that he provided honest and candid feedback and never once pressured me into making any decision I was not comfortable with. Even in the Escrow process, he went the extra mile and advocated on my behalf to ensure that everything in my property was of the highest quality. He made the process easy and communicated clearly what the process would entail. A++ experience.
